Cut and Assemble Your Animals in Winter Mini-book!
This year, start your students learning about animals in winter by creating fun little mini-books to help them learn about animals and how they adapt to frigid temperatures. This two-page printable animal book is perfect for your second and third-grade students to use when learning about animal adaptations to the environment, including hibernation and migration.
This mini-book template is designed to be printed single-sided. Students will take the two sheets given and cut them apart so they have eight individual pages. They can then order them in any order they choose, ending with the two comprehension pages as the last two pages. From there, students can read and learn about animals and then answer a variety of reading comprehension and vocabulary questions about the content.
