A hands-on sorting activity to use when describing possible events and their chances of occurring.

Print and cut the Chance Scenario Sorting Game mat and cards. Enlarge the game mat if required.

Independently, or in small groups, encourage the students to determine the likelihood of each event occurring.

This teaching resource can be taught in the Mathematics classroom as a chance task.
