This set of 24 decimal number line task cards includes the following questions for students to answer regarding decimals on a number line.

  • Identify the decimal represented by a specific symbol on the number line
  • Identify and read decimals written in both word form and decimal form
  • Determine whether a statement about a decimal on a number line is true or false.

Through this activity, students will show they can accurately identify a decimal’s location on a number line.
