Engage Students with a Fun 5-Digit Place Value Maths Game

Make mastering place value exciting with this quick and fun 5 5-digit Place Value maths game! Perfect for group practise or a quick review session, this Place Value ‘I Have, Who Has’ Math Game helps students strengthen their understanding of 5-digit place value through active participation, close listening, and collaboration.

Playing Our ‘I Have, Who Has?’ 5-Digit Place Value Game

  • Print, Cut, and Laminate: Laminate the included game cards for durability before playing the game.
  • Distribute Cards: Hand out a card to each student in the group.
  • Start the Game: The student with the card that says “I have the first card” begins the fun by standing up and reading their clue aloud.
  • Match and Continue: The student with the matching number on their card stands reads their card, and the game moves forward.
  • Finish with a Winner: The activity concludes when the final student stands and announces, “I have the last card.”
