Hi Megan, Thank you for your comment. The use of apostrophes in the names of special days such as these can be extremely confusing, I find! However; after researching extensively online, we have decided to use the spelling of 'Grandparents Day' which is most commonly used by state and federal governments and other relevant organisations, which is without the use of an apostrophe.
