How to Implement This Function Machine Activity

Our input output games are easy to play, and this bakery-themed function machine activity is no different. Here is a step-by-step guide to get you started!

  1. Download both the escape room and the matching student notebook.
  2. Print the notebook and provide each student with a copy to assemble in the correct order.
  3. Ensure students have access to the digital escape room, whether this means providing each group with a device to view the slideshow or displaying it to the entire class.
  4. Put the escape room in ‘slideshow’ mode.
  5. Instruct students to read each slide and follow the instructions there and in their notebooks. All work should be completed in their notebooks.
