Tackling Commonly Confused Letters
As teachers, we know that children often get confused by letters that look or sound similar. These worksheets help students focus on helping students confidently identify and differentiate between the most commonly confused letters:
- b and d: Similar shapes but flipped orientations can cause confusion.
- p and q: Like b and d, these letters mirror each other.
- m and n: These can sound alike and often get mixed up, especially in early reading stages.
- g and q: Similar rounded forms make these tricky.
- f and t: Subtle differences in shape can lead to confusion.
