🔟Tens Frames – Addition and Subtraction Strategies Match Up!

Use this printable tens frame addition and subtraction resource to reinforce the fundamental maths strategies of making and decomposing ten! This activity will aid student development of both mental computation and fact recall. Students will demonstrate their recall of addition and subtraction facts to make ten – or a fact family!

Two Sets of Tens Frames Cards!

This resource download includes two different resources! We’ve included a set of ten frame matching cards for addition on a tens frame and another set for subtraction. Using these cards, students will view a tens frame model and then match it with the corresponding addition or subtraction fact to make a pair.
