Reflections of Self-Esteem for Kids – Mirror Worksheet

Help your students celebrate what makes them unique with this self-portrait self-esteem worksheet. Students will embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-esteem building as they draw a self-portrait of themselves and then list three physical traits that are their favourite thing about what makes them unique.

This one-page printable worksheet has two components. Children will take time to look in a mirror and then draw a self-portrait. Then, they list three positive physical traits on the lines provided.

Before students begin this exercise, you may like to talk about physical traits and what they are so that your students understand. Then, brainstorm a list of physical traits on the board to give students struggling with this activity a starting point.
