Simply have your students colour in the image and cut out the shape as a gorgeous card for their mums.
Alternatively, use the heart shapes and a piece of paper as a spring inside the card to make the heart pop up when the card is opened.

can we have one that has a blank space in the spot of 'mum' for children to address the card to someone else.. many children in my class do not live with their mums.
