Activities include:
- Trace It – students trace the number and word
- Circle It – students circle the number and word
- Count and Colour – students colour the correct number of apples

Reinforcing Number Recognition at Home
Do you have parents wondering how they can best help their child learn to recognise and use the numbers 1 – 20 at home? Here are some ideas you can share!
- Label Objects: Parents can label items around the home they have more than one of, such as “4 chairs.”
- Household Tasks: Parents can involve their child in tasks that require counting, like setting the table or cooking.
- Board Games: Families can play board games that involve number recognition and counting.
- Counting Together: Families can count things together during daily routines, such as the number of steps climbed or the number of hairbrush strokes taken.

Hi, there are 9 Little Number books to choose from but none are labelled clearly, i.e. NSW font, NZ font. It would be much easier to choose what you are looking for if the files were renamed with more detail. Thanks
Hi Christina, A little glitch that resulted in all the downloads having the same name has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience!
