Number Identification Made Fun

Students will enjoy practising their number recognition skills with this fun seek-and-find worksheet. Students simply circle or colour all the numbers they identify in the environment on the paper. Fast finishers can colour the remainder of the worksheet if they wish. Completing this activity helps students realise that numbers are all around us every day!

This resource includes both the student worksheet and the answer key for ease of use.

Identify Numbers on a Number Hunt

After completing this worksheet, a number walk is a wonderful follow-up activity. Lead your students around the school and see if they can identify numbers in:

  • The library
  • The tuckshop
  • The office
  • The hallway
  • Other classrooms

Invite your students to hunt for numbers in their own homes as well!
