Practise determining odd and even results of sums with this fun Slides and Ladders Game.

🎲 Odd and Even Property Games for the Classroom

After teaching your students the different properties of odd and even numbers when adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, it’s time for them to put their knowledge to the test and practise, practise, practise. This super fun take on Snakes and Ladders is called Slides and Ladders.

In this game, students need to roll a dice and move forward that number of spaces. Then, they need to decide if the result of the sum in the square they have landed on is odd or even and place their counter in that space. After using the answer key to check their answer, they either remain on that square if they are correct or, if they’re incorrect, they need to return to their previous spot. If they land on the top of a slide, they must slide down to the bottom. If they land on the base of a ladder, they need to climb it!

Best Maths Game for Rotations

This is the perfect addition to your maths rotations, especially if you have a group of students ready for all four operations included on this game board. Other odd and even number activities that could be used to differentiate for different abilities are:
