This printable assessment is an ideal tool to assess the mastery of the order of operations for Year 6 students. The test consists of 15 easy-to-read questions to help you evaluate your students’ knowledge. During the test, your students will demonstrate their understanding of the following:
- Solving expressions using the order of operations
- Writing algebraic expressions based on a word-based description
- Placing parentheses and exponents in expressions so that they produce a given number.
- Determining the symbols needed in an expression in order to solve it.
