This activity brings learning to life by combining active movement with scientific observation. To play, students toss bean bags to select a random object and property of matter (colour, state, shape, texture, size, and temperature). Using their knowledge of the properties of matter, students will race to identify a descriptive word that matches both the object and property chosen by their throws.
