Use this fun game to consolidate your students' knowledge of operations.
Students roll two dice. They add, subtract, multiply and divide the two numbers shown on the dice (if they can).
If any of the answers appear in the grid, they cover them with a counter. The first person to get to four answers in a row (horizontally, vertically or diagonally) wins!
Do the kids have the same board or different?
Hey Katrina, the intention is for students to have a card each, but you could also choose to do these in teams as well.
I'm assuming each player needs their own "Roll It" board?
Hi Mark, This is a very versatile game which can be played in a number of ways. The basic way would be for every student to have a board and play a form of bingo in a group situation with a pair of dice. Alternatively, the tasks can be individual maths drills or even played as a whole class activity.
