This printable resource includes everything you need to bring the properties of matter to life:

  • Colour-Coded Sorting Cards: Vibrant cards featuring properties such as colour, texture, magnetism, density, and more.
  • Everyday Object Examples: Cards showcasing objects for students to analyse and categorise based on their properties.
  • Flexible Design: Perfect for small group activities, science centres, or independent practise.

To use, cut apart the cards and group them by colour to create properties of matter sorting sets. Students will analyse the everyday objects shown on the picture cards and match them with the correct property of matter.
