Explore the National Science Week 2024 theme with a set of three inspirational quotes colouring pages.
Species Survival – More Than Just Sustainability
The theme for National Science Week 2024 is “Species Survival—More Than Just Sustainability.” This theme intends to inspire students about the role they can play in conserving and supporting our planet so that all plant and animal species can survive and thrive for generations to come.
To celebrate this theme, Teach Starter has created a set of three colouring sheets, each containing an inspirational quote about species survival. These quotes make great discussion starters about how students make a positive impact on the environment. The quotes featured on the colouring pages are:
- Small Changes, Big Impacts
- Every Species Matters
- Innovation Today for a Greener Tomorrow
Once the students have completed their work, why not create a class mural to spread positive messaging about environmental conservation for the whole school to enjoy!
