Spring Has Sprung! Spring Activities for the Classroom
Spring is a time of renewal, growth and new beginnings, making it a perfect opportunity for you to celebrate and engage your students in exciting educational activities. Here are a few suggestions for you to consider:
- Create a “Spring into Learning” classroom display board where students can showcase their work related to the spring season.
- Plan an excursion to a nearby park or nature reserve to observe the changes that come with spring, such as the blooming of flowers and the return of migratory birds.

This resource is a fun Spring activity perfect for early years students who are working on developing their English language skills. This BINGO game features images on the game cards and a set of fun spring vocabulary riddles to use as calling cards.
With this activity, students will listen to a spring-related term described by the riddle, then find and cover that object on their bingo board. The first person to shout BINGO! Wins!
