Get Ready to Traverse the Telling Time Maze!
Are you students struggling with telling time to the nearest hour and half hour? Do they need a bit more practise before it’s time to set them free with their newfound skills? No worries! The Teach Starter team has you covered with brand-new telling time printables, games and interactives that are perfect for your year 1 and 2 students needing to work on telling time to the hour and half hour.
Tell Time to Find the Way Out of the Maths Maze
This printable resource pack features a set of three telling-time maths mazes for first and second-year students. Each of the three mazes requires students to start their journey in the ‘Start Here’ rectangle. They must determine the time shown in the first rectangle and then follow the path that contains the correct answer. Once they arrive in the next rectangle, the journey continues…repeating the process until the students finally make their way to the exit.
Each of these maths maze worksheets gives your students the opportunity to review and build skills by telling time to the nearest hour and half hour. They are perfect for independent practise, small group review, or even as exciting homework practise activities.
