A Printable Soil Book for the Early Years
Are you teaching your early years students about the needs of living things? If so, then we have the perfect age-appropriate resource to teach your students about the ways in which plants, animals and humans are dependent on soil.
This uses of soil mini-book teaches students the following:

- Soil is mixed with water to make bricks.
- Soil is used for many things!
The final two pages of the mini-book provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate how well they have grasped the concepts presented. The first activity requires students to colour all the things that need soil to grow from a selection of images. The second activity requires students to draw and label a picture of an animal that lives in soil.
