Let’s Go on a Water Walk! Water Use Observation

Take your students on a field trip outside the classroom during your next water cycle or natural resource lesson by taking them on a water walk! A water walk is an observatory activity in which your students will venture out into their indoor and outdoor environments around the school building in order to observe where and how water is being used. This graphic organiser is perfect for them to use to record their findings!

This activity encourages students to observe and note the different locations and uses of water that they notice around the school environment. It consists of a series of places for students to take notes during their exploration.
