What do you think of when I say 3-D shapes around Christmas?
You probably think of cubes and rectangular prisms as gifts under a Christmas tree! However, this resource presents opportunities for pupils to work with a range of 3D object nets. The twist is that the nets form a variety of Christmas objects, such as presents, a Santa, a reindeer, a candle, and a Christmas tree.
The 3D object nets include:
- cube
- rectangular prism
- cone
- cylinder
- triangular-based pyramid
- square-based pyramid.
