A poster providing a definition and example of an alliteration poem.
Print this educational poster in tabloid size or larger. Then display it in your classroom as a visual reminder of what an alliteration poem is and how to write one.
Alliteration is a literary device used by poets to capture the attention of the reader. For there to be alliteration in a poem, at least two or more words in each verse must start with the same letter.
This teaching resource would be a wonderful addition to a lesson or unit on literary devices or poetry.
