  • List actions or words that are safe and unsafe.

  • Characteristics of a trusted adult.
  • My trusted web diagram.
  • Identifying feeling unsafe, finding a trusted adult and what words you use to ask for help.

Tips for Differentiation and Scaffolding

A team of dedicated, experienced educators created this resource to support your PSHE lessons.

In addition to individual pupils work time, use this flipbook to enhance learning through small groups or whole class lessons.

If you have a mixture of above and below-level learners, check out these suggestions for keeping pupils on track with the concepts:

Support Struggling Pupils

If there are pupils that require support, have them complete the activity pages with a partner or the guidance of a teacher.

Challenge Fast Finishers

Encourage pupils who need an added challenge to role play asking a trusted adult for assistance.

How to Assemble Your Safe Relationship Flipbook

  • Print each pupil a copy of all pages.
  • Pupils cut out the flipbook pages along the dotted lines.
  • Stack the individual pages in order, beginning with the largest on the bottom and ending with the smallest on top. Align all pages along the top edge.
  • Staple the flipbook together at the top.
