A worksheet that explores how electricity is generated and distributed.
Use this educational worksheet when exploring how the electricity we use in our everyday lives is delivered to our homes and schools.
Students cut out or copy a series of steps that outline how electricity is produced and then transmitted. They put the steps in the correct order and then source diagrams for each statement, creating an illustrated explanation of electricity generation and transmission, from power plant production to the eventual place of consumption.
This teaching resource would be useful addition to a lesson or unit that studies the Physical Sciences of electricity.
An answer sheet is also provided.
