Track the Paralympics with Our Engaging Medal Tracker Template

Keep your students engaged and excited about the Summer Paralympic Games with our Medal Tracker Template! Whether at school or home, students can use this interactive tool to follow along with the medal counts. The activity is simple: students use gold, silver, and bronze crayons to colour in medals on the chart, each representing a medal won by their favourite athletes. As they track the medals throughout the games, they’ll enjoy the process and develop their maths skills. At the end of the activity, students can create a variety of maths equations using the data, making learning fun.

Why Use a Paralympic Medal Count Tracker?

Using this template will help your students stay updated on the medal counts and enhance their interest and attentiveness to the Paralympic Games. As they colour in gold, silver, and bronze circles for each medal won, they’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the achievements of Paralympic athletes.

How It Works:

  • Simple and Interactive: Students use gold, silver, and bronze crayons to colour in circles on the chart, representing each medal won by their favourite athletes.
  • Versatile Use: Photocopy the template and distribute it to your students. They can colour with crayons or markers, and you can laminate the charts for a durable keepsake.
  • Maths Integration: At the end of the games, students can use the data collected to calculate the total number of medals won, the difference between medal types, and more!
