    I think that you should not be using the word 'connectives' in resources for UK teachers and pupils. Since the introduction of the new English curriculum the grammar expectation is to only use the term: conjunction. Many thanks

      Hi Janet, Conjunctions can be connectives, but not all connectives are conjunctions. Connectives can be conjunctions, prepositions or adverbs. In this case, we feel the term 'time connectives' is correct as it refers to words like next, then, finally, meanwhile, eventually, and so on.
