A science investigation in which the students investigate how to use thrust force to increase the speed of a model car.

When an object is acted upon by a force, it wants to move either away from or towards the force. Different amounts of force applied from different directions can affect the speed and direction of an object.

This Physical Sciences classroom experiment allows students to investigate thrust force and use it to alter the speed of a model car.

Students follow the scientific method to conduct the experiment, then complete the worksheets provided.
