Behaviour Incentives for Pupils

Are you looking for a fresh and exciting incentive for your pupils? Teach Starter has created a Superstar Stationery Box template that is simple to prepare and use in your classroom! This download includes everything you need to create an engaging behaviour incentive system to motivate and reward your pupils.

With the Superstar Stationery Box, pupils can earn a special box filled with exciting stationery that they can use for the day/week (your choice) as a reward for demonstrating appropriate behaviour.

Here is how it works: 

1. Print the poster and stationery box tag. Laminate for durability. 
2. Use the stationery box tag to label your classroom stationery box. Fill it with exciting stationery that the pupil can use throughout the school day/week, e.g. stickers, stamps, glitter glue, fun rubbers, decorative pencils, desk pet – anything that will spark joy in your pupils.
3. Pupils can earn the Superstar Stationery Box each day/week by following the expectations listed on the poster. 
   • follow school rules
   • use good manners
   • try your best
   • join in all activities
   • have a positive attitude
4. At the end of each day/week, choose a pupil that displayed SUPERSTAR behaviour, and present them with the stationery box that they can use in class the following day/week.

The download also comes with an editable template version, allowing you to customise the expectations to suit your specific classroom needs. Whether you want to emphasise teamwork, kindness or any other positive behaviours, you have the flexibility to tailor the reward system accordingly.
