Use this teaching resource in the classroom when identifying two-digit numbers on a number line.
Print, cut and laminate the prompt cards. Print, cut and glue together the 0-100 number line.
Place students into pairs or small groups and provide each group with a number line, recording worksheet and some counters.
Pick a card and read the clues to the class. Ask the students to place a counter on the corresponding number then record the number on their worksheet.
Alternatively, make a class set for students to use as a rotating Numeracy task when learning about Place Value.
Blank cards have been provided to make your own class set of clues.
