    I cannot open the zip file it says it is unable to expand and format is unsupported.

      Christina, thank you for bringing this to our attention. This seems to be a problem that occurs on Mac computers when you are trying to download a very large file, which this one happens to be. Unfortunately, the only workaround seems to be downloading on a PC computer. We are so very sorry for this inconvenience.
