It’s Race Time – Odd and Even Game

This super easy-to-use game-style worksheet has been designed to reinforce students’ understanding of odd and even numbers in a fun and engaging way. Students will practice their addition skills while identifying if the resulting sum is odd or even. The game fosters friendly competition as students race to the finish line, coloring circles associated with cute animals based on the outcome of the calculations.

Tips for Differentiation + Scaffolding

For students who need extra support, have them use manipulatives to determine if a number is odd or even. To extend those students that may find this easy, include dice with larger numbers or get them to roll three die and add the three numbers together.
