Alleviate Stress – Drawing Activities for Mindfulness
Drawing is a tried and true mindfulness technique. It enables us to be calm and fully present in the moment by putting pencil to paper.
You can incorporate these drawing tasks into your daily or weekly schedule to promote mindfulness in your classroom. They also work well as an indoor recess activity or short brain breaks in the middle of the day.
