Gift-giving is tough, especially if you’re unfamiliar with what your coworker likes and dislikes. You can easily use one of the teacher’s favorite things forms included in this download to collect the information you need in order to find the perfect teacher gift for Christmas or Teacher Appreciation Week. We have included two options for this form, a simple version, as well as an extended version that goes into a bit more detail.
