Are you looking for a primary grades curriculum-aligned back-to-school resource? This resource integrates math with school supply shopping activity! With this resource students are tasked with:
- Identifying school supplies needed based on a shopping list
- Counting money in single-dollar increments to find the cost of needed supplies
- Tracking the amount of money spent purchasing supplies
- Solving ten addition problems using addition to find the total cost of various supply groupings
Through this activity, students will practice following a list, determining cost, counting money, and simple addition of whole numbers.
