Does Your School Have a Buddy Program?
The buddy program in primary schools is a system designed to promote positive relationships and support between older and younger students. It involves pairing older students, often from higher grades, with younger students, typically from lower grades. The primary goal of the buddy program is to foster a sense of belonging, friendship, and mentorship among students.
