Playing This Improper Fractions Escape Room
Our escape rooms are easy to implement as we have provided you with both the game and a matching student workbook. Here’s how to play this changing improper fractions to mixed numbers game!
- Display the improper fractions escape room to all students who will be playing.
- Give each student a copy of the student workbook (without the answers).
- Put the escape room in “presentation” or “slideshow” mode.
- Students will work their way through the slideshow, checking their answers with you or with an answer key when they finish each step.
- When it has been confirmed that they are correct, they may press the “next” button and go to the next challenge.
- Once students have complete all 5 challenges, ask them to show you their final code.
- If the code is 3243, they have won and may go to the last slide!
