Easter Rhyming Word Games and Activities

Are you looking to bring a broader range of fun activities into your spring lesson plans? We’ve got you covered with a fun game to practice finding rhyming words for kindergarten. This resource is a fun Easter egg-themed rhyming word-matching game!

How to Play Our Rhyming Word Game

Memory Match is an easy game to pick up but hard to put down.

It’s simple: Sort the cards into stacks of pictures and words. Turn all the cards face down. Then, flip over two cards (one word and one picture) and try to match them with rhyming words. If they rhyme, keep them! If not, turn them back over and continue playing until all the cards are matched. The first player to find all their matches wins!

With this resource download, students will celebrate spring and develop their reading, spelling, and writing skills in a fun and engaging way!
