🐰 Hop into Learning with Easter STEM Activities!

Looking for a way to bring hands-on learning into your classroom this spring? These Easter STEM Activities are the perfect way to engage students in problem-solving, engineering, and design thinking—all with a festive, holiday twist!

Your students will love tackling these Easter Science Experiments as they build, test, and refine their creations.

There are three exciting Easter STEM Activities to choose from:

🔹 Build an Easter Bunny Trap – Design a creative trap to catch the Easter Bunny!
🔹 Engineer an Easter Egg Carrying Basket – Construct a basket that can safely transport eggs.
🔹 Create a Carrot Catapult – Experiment with force and motion by launching carrots!

These activities encourage students to think critically, work collaboratively, and apply STEM concepts in a fun and interactive way.

🥚 Hands-On Fun with Easter Science Experiments

To get started with these Easter STEM Activities, follow these simple steps:

  1. Gather sustainable or recyclable materials such as cardboard rolls, tissue boxes, shoeboxes, mounting putty, craft sticks, and string.
  2. Encourage students to research, brainstorm, and sketch their designs before building.
  3. Allow time for construction and testing—can their bunny trap work? Does the basket hold eggs securely? How far will the carrot catapult launch?
  4. Wrap up with a reflection session, discussing what worked, what didn’t, and how they could improve their designs.

These Easter Science Experiments can be done individually or in small groups, making them perfect for any classroom setup!

🧪 Expand Learning with Science Easter Activities

These Easter STEM Activities go beyond just building—they help students develop essential skills:

Critical Thinking – Planning and problem-solving through hands-on learning.
Creativity & Innovation – Thinking outside the box to design and build unique solutions.
Cause & Effect Understanding – Testing designs and analyzing results.
Collaboration & Communication – Working with peers to refine and improve ideas.

From engineering to physics, these activities integrate science, math, and creativity—all while celebrating Easter!
