Printable Funky, Easy and Fun Crafts for Kids
This Funky Craft template is a versatile activity that taps into your students’ inspired creative sides—without needing anything more than a marker, scissors, and glue.
The funky bus comes complete with the base model and a load of fun accessories to create a hilarious new friend to decorate your back-to-school bulletin board or door. This printable craft activity is perfect for use as
- a preschool craft activity to practice coloring (adults help with cutting)
- a kindergarten craft to practice cutting and coloring
- a fun brain break
- a cute craft to inspire fun writing
- And more
To create your funky bus,
- Begin by having your students fill in the sections on the bus template with random geometric patterns, spots, hearts, squiggles, etc. We recommend a black fine-tip marker or pen for this portion.
- Once patterns are in, invite your students to color their bus in wild and wacky colors and select and color the accessories they want for their bus. We also recommend printing one set of accessories for each pair of students to reduce paper use.
- Have students cut out all pieces, then glue the funky bus in the center of a sheet of colorful paper.
- Finally, have your students dress up their bus with their fun accessories!
