Enjoying a balanced diet is integral to personal health.

This poster displays the following food groups:

  • potatoes, bread, rice, pasta and other starchy carbohydrates
  • vegetables
  • fruits
  • beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other proteins
  • dairy and alternatives
  • unsaturated oils

This poster displays the appropriate Australian dietary guidelines as of November, 2018.
