How Do We Use Natural Resources?

Natural resources are used for a variety of things in our everyday lives. Resources such as water, minerals, animals, plants, and fossil fuels can be used to make different products and in many different activities. This 12-page mini-book will explore how each of these natural resources are used. Students will have an opportunity to learn about each natural resource and demonstrate understanding throughout.

Through this activity, students will explore the characteristics of natural resources that make them useful in products and materials such as clothing and furniture.
