Observing Rocks and Soils – Kindergarten Science Worksheets

Introduce your kindergarteners to the wonders of the natural world with these fun and easy-to-use kindergarten science worksheets! Perfect for little learners, these printable kindergarten science activities help students use their observation skills to learn about and describe the rocks and soils they see around them.

Through a series of simple cut-and-paste classification tasks, your kindergartners will begin to recognize examples of rocks and soils and describe their unique features. These worksheets are designed to build early science skills and promote curiosity about the earth beneath their feet. To complete these activities, students will cut and paste images to classify examples of rocks and soils.
