Take your students on a thrilling adventure with “Measurement Mansion,” a digital measurement conversion escape room that makes learning fun and interactive! As students work to “escape” the mysterious mansion, they’ll tackle five engaging tasks focused on customary measurement conversions, including length, weight, and capacity. The colorful Google Slideshow guides students through each part of the mansion, while the accompanying student workbook lets them record answers and piece together the secret escape code. Playing This Measurement Conversion Game in the Classroom

This measurement conversion game is perfect for math centers, collaborative group activities, or as an exciting classroom challenge. Here’s how to implement this activity in your classroom!

  1. Download the digital measurement escape room and the student workbook. 
  2. Print and provide each student a copy of the student workbook to assemble in the correct order.
  3. Ensure students have access to the escape room, whether this means providing each group with a device to view the slideshow or displaying it to the entire class. 
  4. Put the escape room in “slideshow” or “presentation” mode. 
  5. Instruct students to read each slide and follow the instructions there and in their workbooks. All work should be completed in their workbooks. 
  6. When students are finished, they can check their final code on the “Congratulations!” slide by clicking the slide until all the numbers appear.
