A match-up activity to practice multiplying a 2-digit number by a 1-digit number.
Use this match-up activity with your students as a way to practice multiplying a 2-digit number by a 1-digit number.
Students will solve each multiplication problem using one of the following methods: the standard algorithm, array, box method, or partial products. Then they will find the answer card and place it on top of the problem. When they have matched all of the cards, they will check their work using the answer key.
Print out the resource on cardstock and cut out the cards along the dotted lines. Store in a resealable bag to be used again and again. This resource works perfectly as a math center activity! We have even listed a few ways for you to differentiate the activity for your students!
A full set of instructions with differentiation ideas and an answer key are included in the download.
Use the drop-down menu to choose between the PDF or Google Slides version.
