Practice Writing Persuasive Texts – What’s Your Favourite Season?
Kids love to talk about their favorite things – so why not use this to your advantage? This persuasive writing project has students brainstorm everything there is to know about each of the seasons. Then, they need to use that brainstorming to pick their favorite season and write three main reasons with supporting details for why the season they have chosen is the best. The three main reasons will then support their plan for their introduction and conclusion. Finally, your students can write a persuasive text about why their favorite season is the best.
A set of three checklists has also been included to suit a range of levels, allowing for differentiation in this resource.
