Reinforce the Order of the Seasons

This ten-slide interactive resource will reinforce students’ understanding that Earth’s seasons are predictable and repetitive, and they follow the same cyclical pattern year after year.

With appealing and clear visual representations of each season, repeated throughout this activity, students will learn to answer ordinal questions about the four seasons. This task requires students to problem solve, as it asks them to identify seasons ‘before’ and ‘after’ one another.

Through this activity, students will order images of seasonal changes across the year, and identify that seasonal events and changes have repeating patterns.
