Spark Excitement for the Paralympic Games

Prepare your students for the Paralympic Games by introducing them to the various sports played with our engaging Paralympic Events Bingo Game. Designed for Grades K-3, this activity seamlessly blends fun and learning, making it an ideal choice for your classroom.

In this interactive Bingo game, students will learn about Paralympic sports by locating the ones described on the calling cards. This versatile activity is perfect for indoor recess or as a brain break, offering both new learning and pure entertainment.

How to Play the Paralympic Events Bingo Game

This activity provides an interactive way for students to learn about the various sports featured in the Paralympic Games. This bingo game can be used with a variety of age groups by modifying the game. Some options are included below.

  • Version 1 – For younger students, simply read each sport name from the bottom of each calling card. They find the image and picture to match.
  • Version 2 – For older students, read aloud the clues from each of the game cards. Players listen to the clues, find the corresponding sport on their game board, and place a counter over the correct answer. This version enhances listening skills and comprehension.

The game continues until a player achieves a Bingo, which can be vertical, horizontal, or four-corners. This engaging activity teaches students about Paralympic sports and encourages them to listen carefully and think critically.
