This resource includes 30 cards displaying before-and-after images of examples of physical changes paired with an arrow showing how the change is happening. To complete this activity, students will need to carefully examine the picture on the card and sort the cards into the categories of stretching, bending, twisting, heating, and cooling.

We have also included a printable answer key to make this activity self-checking!
